You also take so long to decide on a snack, that by the time you’ve actually made one, you’ve already wasted precious minutes of time you could have been spending on your Spanish homework. This is the precise moment when you need a healthy snack from Trader Joe’s to keep your brain cranking. I am OBSESSED with Trader Joe’s bountiful snack collection, so I wanted to share some of my favorites with you.
As a cross country runner, I eat about seven meals a day.
